Who am I?
In my over 35 years of public health experience, my life has never been defined by one profession, one identity or one passion. Insatiable in curiosity and adventure, I’ve traveled the world, mothered three amazing sons, written numerous books, scientific publications, and poetry from my observations of living a full authentic life.

Even with my busy work schedule, I find time to surf, kayak, dragonboat paddle, shark cage dive, read, travel voraciously, constantly learn new skills and languages and be a mother and friend to my global community.
My work is to provide thought-invoking and provoking insights that guide, help, assist, motivate, and stimulate your journey with the greater work and adventures towards our full selves!! Whether towards living a purposeful life, work, relationship...you name it.
